Karl Kampenhout Builders Ltd was established as a company in 1998 specialising in residential homes, featuring high end quality workmanship, with a strong focus on customer service and attention for precise detail in all aspects of the build.

Karl is constantly providing new ideas and alternatives, along with solutions to enhance the overall outcome of his projects.

Karl Kampenhout Builders Ltd has a team of permanent staff, who have been trained from apprentices to long serving qualified craftsmen. Along with a team of carefully selected sub-trades, who provide excellent craftsmanship and customer service to both Karl and the client.

We are a niche team of builders who have won many accolades, including the prestigious House of the Year Award 2004, and the highly regarded Life Members Supreme Award. This award is given from his peers in recognition of excellence in his workmanship, creativity and innovation within the building industry.

Karl and his team have had invaluable past experiences in sustainable builds.  This is a field of particular interest having worked on “Hamilton House”, New Zealand’s first 'Fully Sustainable Urban Home'.
